Study the operation
We begin with machinery, process flow, clear-height, access, utility and expansion requirements—not with a standard shed size.
Develop the framing system
Bay spacing, portal frames, bracing, purlins, openings and applicable loads are coordinated into an efficient structural scheme.
Detail for fabrication
Shop drawings define member sizes, plates, bolt holes, welds and connections so every component arrives site-ready.
Fabricate and identify members
Steel components are cut, drilled, assembled, welded, finished and marked for planned erection sequence and traceable site handling.
Erect, align and close the building
Columns, rafters, bracing and secondary steel are erected and checked before roofing, wall cladding, flashings and final closures.
