Understand the medical program
We map room requirements, patient flow, staff circulation, equipment zones and supporting services before selecting the modular grid.
Plan clean, insulated spaces
Wall, roof, door and opening details are developed around thermal comfort, hygiene, maintenance access and controlled-area needs.
Coordinate structure and services
Structural members, ceiling zones, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and equipment provisions are coordinated before fabrication to reduce site changes.
Install and seal systematically
Frames, insulated panels, flashings and openings are installed in sequence with attention to alignment, joint sealing and water protection.
Inspect before handover
We review finishes, closures, doors, service interfaces and agreed scope so the facility is ready for the client’s next-stage setup.
